It is also not clear until no which other producer has responded to the tender but Bharat USN has shown a keen interest in the MQ-4C. The mathematical product is also cleared by the US government for sale to India.

According to John Howard Northrop Grumman, "Broad Area Maritime Surveillance Pilotless Aircraft System (BAMS UAS) is the next generation of the Defense Department's piping EL, long endurance UAS. The Navy MQ-4C is designed to provide the Navy with persistent maritime surveillance and reconnaissance mission reportage of wide oceanographic and littoral areas. The Navy MQ-4C is designed after the RQ-4 family of air vehicles, which are in product and scrap proven, providing a cost-effective system with the greatest capability at the lowest jeopardy."

Features of MQ-4C includes ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance mission) finished a 2000 nautical miles radius, dual redundant flight controls and surfaces, open architecture mission control system for customization and a 51000 hours airframe life-time.
